British Equestrian Saddled Up for China

British Equestrian Trade Association partnered with WonderHorse

WonderHorse is thrilled to announce our partnership with British Equestrian Trade Association to help British equestrian companies to grow in Chinese market.

Founded in 1979, British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA) is recognised as the official representative body for the equestrian manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade by the British government and leading riding organisations. BETA currently has over 850 member companies from a wide range of businesses in the equestrian industry. For over 40 years, BETA supports and assists its members in developing and expanding businesses worldwide.

Following two online webinars co-organized by the UK Department for International Trade (DIT) and Chinese Equestrian Association in 2021, the members of BETA have been informed with the latest development and insights of Chinese equestrian market. Their investment appetite has been greatly improved for this emerging market.

Under this partnership, members of BETA will be able to introduce their activities, products and services to Chinese audience on China Horse Business LIVE – the monthly webinar connecting international stakeholders and Chinese decision-makers. The webinar is taking place on every first Monday of the month from 9am to 10am CEST. As for now, 35 speakers from 12 countries have spoken on the past 11 webinar sessions. And over 800 Chinese professionals have signed up for this unique rendezvous with the international equine community. From July 2022, Zoe Quin is joined by Wen Li, a seasoned Chinese equine expert, Dubai International Thoroughbred Internship Trainee, to co-host China Horse Business LIVE.

Furthermore, WonderHorse will work closely with BETA to provide progressive assistance to British equestrian companies in developing their businesses with China. This partnership is also supported by DIT China team within the British Embassy in China.
